Georgia has numerous schools that offer veterinary technician programs that have been accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). The programs at these institutions have been approved by the AVMA, as well as the Georgia Licensing Board, to guarantee that their graduates will be able to take the examination to become a certified veterinary technician in Georgia.
